It was PSG that sent the Gunners home, winning 3-1 on aggregate and taking their third Premier League scalp of the campaign.
Luis Enrique’s side had already knocked out Liverpool and Aston Villa.
As for Inter, they came out on top of an all-time Champions League tie against Barca, scoring in extra-time to win a thrilling semi-final 7-6 on aggregate.

Champions League final: What has been said?
PSG manager Enrique has looked ahead to the upcoming final.
He said: “We got here thanks to the football we play. The Champions League final is a different game. It happens only rarely for a player or coach to have a game like that.
“We’re going to try and play our best football, and write club history by winning a first Champions League.
“But Inter Milan are a complete team with high-quality players and a very good coach…they’re a team that resembles us a lot.
“They can defend and attack high up the pitch. They’re a tough opponent who has knocked out Bayern Munich and FC Barcelona.
“But we are also a very good team and I think it’s going to be one of the best UEFA Champions League finals ever. We’ll be up to the occasion, Inter too, and now we have to just enjoy this final.
“The secret is – instead of coming here to work – to come here to enjoy it. The goal has been achieved, because it has been a dream since the start of the season, but we have done it.”
