Bangalore: Fertility and IVF centre chain, Nova IVF Fertility has announced the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its IVF labs. The stated aim is to enhance precision and transparency in embryo selection.

The AI integration is indicated to be in partnership with South Korea’s Kai Health.

The fertility chain will implement Vita Embryo, an AI-based embryo assessment tool, across its network of 120 clinics in 65 cities. The technology is expected to improve pregnancy rates, shorten the duration of IVF cycles, and bring greater confidence to patients undergoing treatment.

According to the company, the AI tool is indicated to help in identifying subtle indicators of embryo health that may not be visible to the human eye.
It is also expected to reduce the time required for embryo assessment and enhance transparency by giving patients a clearer understanding of the decision-making process behind their treatment.

The initial rollout of Vita Embryo has begun in 20 Nova IVF locations, with full-scale implementation expected by the end of the year.
