The service is available across India in English and Hindi, with indications to expand into regional languages.
It aims to provide accessible, stigma-free guidance for individuals and couples exploring or undergoing fertility-related decisions.
According to the company, the initiative is intended to fill a gap in emotional and informational support for people navigating parenthood planning, conception challenges, or fertility treatments.
The fertility network states that the Fertility Circle offers support from trained counsellors, with an emphasis on privacy, neutrality, and ease of access.
The service is open to individuals, partners, and caregivers and operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
