Ariana Grande is officially back on stage for her first tour in seven years.

The pop icon has announced The Eternal Sunshine Tour, which is titled after her new chart-topping album released in March 2024.

The tour will start on 6 June 2026 in Oakland, California, as Grande’s first full-fledged live appearances after the Sweetener World Tour ended in 2019. Having had such a strong emphasis on acting and movie roles over the past few years, Grande is finally returning to the music scene, to the delight of her fans across the globe.

To date, the dates fill out North America with a handful of principal international dates, including a five-night run at London’s O2 Arena on 15, 16, 19, 20, and 23 August 2026. These will be the sole shows booked beyond North America so far. Pre-sale opens for UK tickets on 16 September, with general sale on 18 September.

The Eternal Sunshine Tour also encompasses multi-night stands in large US cities, such as four shows in Los Angeles and four in Brooklyn, and dates in Austin, Sunrise (outside Fort Lauderdale), Atlanta, Boston, Montreal, and Chicago.

Grande spoke to fans earlier this year regarding her hectic schedule, assuring them that music is still her lifeline. In a sweet Instagram post, she posted: “Very silly of you all to think that just because I have my hands full with lots of things that I’m going to give up singing & music…!!! It is and always has been my lifeline.” She further stated that although her career might seem different, she is “grateful and excited and inspired” to be doing both music and acting.

Since 2019, the Grammys-winning singer has devoted most of her time to Hollywood. She was nominated for an Oscar for playing Glinda in Wicked, while the sequel Wicked: For Good is set to hit theaters in November 2025. She is also set to star in the forth coming fourth Meet the Parents movie.

The news is especially poignant for UK fans, since Grande’s tours have been associated with both victory and sorrow. In 2017, her Manchester stop on the Dangerous Woman Tour was subject to a suicide bombing that killed 22. Grande then went back to the city to perform at the One Love Manchester benefit concert and again in 2019 during Manchester Pride.

With her most recent announcement, Ariana Grande is returning to music on her own terms – and fans are already counting down the days until her 2026 tour begins.
