Evander Holyfield is sporting a ripped physique in his 60s.
‘The Real Deal’ may be retired from boxing, but that doesn’t mean he has stopped working out.

At 62 years old, the Hall of Famer still has washboard abs and bulging muscles, in a testament to his discipline.
“Just because I’m not stepping into the ring anymore doesn’t mean I stop taking care of myself,” Holyfield captioned a shirtless snap on his Instagram.
“Staying in shape has always been part of who I am.
“It keeps my mind sharp, my body strong, and my spirit grounded.”
The picture caught the attention of fans, who flooded to the comment section to commend the living legend.
One supporter wrote: “You always came to the fight ready. Your training habits have always been inspiring.”
Another posted: “He looks great for any age.”
A third remarked: “Unc built like a machine.”
A fourth added: “Still a monster even at 62.”
Meanwhile, somebody else commented: “He looks better than ever.”

It’s no surprise that Holyfield is in such excellent shape when you consider the training regimen he put himself through in his prime years.
His daily routine included a two-hour morning strength session, followed by boxing training at midday and then a conditioning workout in the late afternoon.
Holyfield repeated this arduous process six days a week en route to becoming a two-weight undisputed champion at cruiserweight and heavyweight.
Along the way, Holyfield beat Riddick Bowe, Larry Holmes, George Foreman, Michael Moorer, Ray Mercer, and Mike Tyson (twice).
So resilient was his mindset that he rebounded to become a four-time heavyweight champion in the face of several setbacks.
Holyfield eventually hung up his gloves in 2011 with a stoppage win over Brian Nielsen at 48 years old.

However, he did return to the ring 10 years later to box former UFC light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort in an exhibition bout.
The less said about that, the better.
