Frank Warren has confirmed he and Chris Eubank Jr have settled their legal dispute with a surprisingly amicable conclusion.
Eubank Jr verbally attacked promoter Warren when sharing a stage at the press conference for Artur Beterbiev’s rematch with Dmitry Bivol last September.

He labelled the Queensberry Promotions’ kingpin a ‘scumbag’ as the 35-year-old attacked his character.
In the evening after the conclusion of the press conference, Eubank Jr issued an apology on social media.
It read: “I would like to retract my inaccurate statements and offer my apologies to Frank Warren.”
But Warren elected to pursue a defamation case despite the written apology.
Although he has now released a statement confirming the legal action against ‘Next Gen’ is now over.
The statement read: “Frank Warren and Chris Eubank Jr confirm that the defamation proceedings against Chris Eubank Jr have been settled amicably.
“With these proceedings now settled, both Frank Warren and Chris Eubank Jr look forward to a positive, professional relationship in the future.”
Eubank Jr was previously promoted by Warren in the past, but the pair split.
The Briton is now promoted by BOXXER’s Ben Shalom and has shot into new found stardom this year.
He recently defeated Conor Benn in a gruelling and brutal war last month in front of 60,000 fans at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

It was the the most high-profile win of his career, and it has now thrust him into a fantastic position.
A raft of options have emerged as a potential next fight for Eubank Jr including a future world title shot at Canelo Alvarez.
But it appears the most likely next bout will come against Benn again, given he has access to a contracted rematch clause.
And promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed that talks are being held to stage it in September.
“I know September 27, back at Spurs, is a date that he [Turki Alalshikh] has put forward and proposed,” he said.
“We’re ready, really. We signed the contract for two fights.

“Conor’s just desperate to run it back. He feels like he’s going to improve a lot going into that fight.
“[It was] his first fight in 14, 15 months, at 160lbs.
“Look, they provided us with just a night we’ll never forget in so many ways.
“And both fighters deserve so much credit. We’d love to run it back.”
