Christina Haack and Josh Hall are finally divorced.
Over a year after petitioning to split, the HGTV celebrity’s divorce was made final on August 26, with the financial aspects of the breakup now revealed.
In accordance with court papers acquired by E! News, Christina and Josh both forfeited their right to future spousal support. But the 42-year-old did commit to making a number of lump-sum payments totalling a great deal of money.
Christina made an equalization payment of $300,000 to her former husband in May 2024 from the proceeds of the sale of their Nashville home. She also paid for his legal bills of $40,000, and a previous payment of $100,000 had previously been issued in September 2024. In total, the settlement was approximately $440,000.
As far as dividing the properties went, the two left with individual possessions. Christina kept a house in Newport Beach, California, and Franklin, Tennessee, but Josh took his property in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee.
Their automobiles and other personal items were divided in the judgment as well. Josh left with a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, and a 1982 DeLorean. Christina, on the other hand, retained two 2021 GMC Yukons and four quads, described as gifts for her kids, Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, from her former marriage to Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson, 5, whom she has with ex-husband Ant Anstead. Christina also retained all business interests or LLCs she formed following their breakup.
The pair had initially revealed in May that they’d come to an agreement on the division of property, submitting it to court to accelerate proceedings. Christina confessed at the time she wasn’t happy with the outcome. “I heard once, like, if you both feel you’re screwed, then whatever you want,” she told an interview on Jeff Lewis Live. “It’s not fantastic, but I suppose it’s done.”
Christina has also been candid about the cost of the divorce. In May, she shared on Instagram that “paying for this divorce hasn’t been cheap,” sharing that she had begun to cut back on things such as clothing. She even pointed out a $65 red-carpet dress as she attempted to economize.
Now single officially, Christina has already moved on to a new relationship. She is dating Christopher Larocca now, while attending to her family and career after ending the chapter on her two-year marriage with Josh Hall.
