England will face a huge challenge to defend their European title at the Women’s Euros this summer, live on talkSPORT.
The Lionesses’ stunning triumph at Wembley in 2022 marked the first major trophy of any senior England team since the 1966 World Cup.

The tournament was the women’s national team’s maiden silverware, which Sarinna Wiegman’s side followed up with Finalissima glory.
However, England were beaten in the 2023 Women’s World Cup final, before failing to secure a spot for Great Britain at the Paris Olympics.
England have been given a tough group for Euro 2025, drawing the Netherlands, France and home nation rivals Wales.
Leah Williamson and co also have little time to rest beforehand, with less than a month between their opening game in Switzerland and their final Nations League fixture.

England fixtures at Women’s Euro 2025
The 14th edition of the Women’s European Championship is set to start on Wednesday, July 2, and it will run until Sunday, July 27.
England will kick-off their campaign on day three of the tournament, as the designated away team against France in Zurich.
The Lionesses return to Stadion Letzigrund for matchday two on July 9, as the home side to face Wiegman’s native Netherlands.
England will then travel to Kybunpark in St Gallen for their third and final Group D encounter, which will be a battle of Britain with Wales.
The top two sides from each group will progress, with England playing either the Group C winner or runner-up, depending on their own standings, in their first quarter-final fixture.
That will be one of Germany, Poland, Denmark, or Sweden, with the daunting prospect of Spain in either the last-four or another final.
