India beat Pakistan by six wickets in its ICC Champions Trophy 2025 match at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Sunday.
The win helped India climb to the top of the Group A standings, with two wins in a row, and also put one foot in the semifinal. Pakistan, on the other hand, has lost both its games and finds itself in a tough spot.
India overhauled the 242-run target in 42.3 overs, with Virat Kohli guiding the team home with an unbeaten century. He was supported by Shreyas Iyer in the middle-order after openers Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill gave the team a blazing start.
India next faces New Zealand in its last group-stage match on March 2 in Dubai.
