Ahmedabad: Indira IVF Hospital Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire a stake in Banker Healthcare Private Limited, a fertility centre based in Ahmedabad.
The move is part of Indira IVF’s ongoing expansion across Gujarat, where it now has a presence in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Mehsana, and other locations.
According to the company, the collaboration is intended to support broader access to assisted reproductive technology (ART) and IVF services in the region.
Dr. Manish Banker and his team will continue to deliver clinical care at the Ahmedabad centre. Dr. Banker will also take on the role of Chief Clinical Mentor at Indira IVF, contributing to clinical guidance across the organisation’s network.
The partnership comes amid rising awareness around fertility health and is intended to improve the availability of structured, evidence-based fertility care across the state.
