In an industry where we have really big exhibitions/ trade shows across the world, InfoComm Asia 2025 brought something refreshingly unique to the audiences — a focused, high-quality Pro AV and integrated technology showcase that emphasised on business value, smart networking, and curated innovation over sheer scale.
Here are some quick facts and details about the show:
Venue: Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok
Dates: July 23–25
Attendees: 7,919
Exhibitors: 170
Here are some reasons why this show stands out:
Bangkok makes the perfect base
For Indian AV professionals, Bangkok’s proximity made this an ideal international event. With short flight times, visa-free travel for Indians, and a well-connected city infrastructure, the ease of participation stood out. The QSNCC venue, modern and centrally located, was a bonus — making it easy to zip between the expo, business meetings, and evening networking events without stress.
Not huge, but highly strategic
While InfoComm Asia isn’t the largest show on the global circuit, its size worked to its advantage. The compact layout meant attendees could explore thoroughly, engage deeper, and connect more meaningfully. This show had seen a wide range of product launches with about 250 new products that were launched by leading global brands such as Harman, Cisco, NEAT, Netgear to name a few. All the brands present at the show were out there giving attendees immersive tech experiences minus the overwhelm.
For people in the Pro AV industry, be it integrators, brands or an AV enthusiast, from India and Southeast Asia, this show meant less walking, more talking and a sharper focus on solutions tailored to the region.
A magnet for serious buyers and big budgets
One of the most strategic elements of InfoComm Asia was its Invited Guests Program — a buyer matchmaking initiative that brought in top-tier project leads from 10 countries. Many came with immediate purchasing plans, leading to hundreds of business-matching meetings that translated into actionable results.
Buyers from Australia, India, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, and Malaysia were notably present, underlining Asia’s increasingly interconnected AV landscape.
A hub for meaningful networking
The show floor was more than just a product display — it was a high-value networking zone. Events like AVIXA Xchange LIVE, the Women’s Council meet-up, and curated mixers brought the AV community face to face, sparking real conversations and collaborations. The AVIXA booth saw some really exciting sessions among women leaders who have done phenomenal work in this space.
Add to that targeted tech tours (like a visit to a cutting-edge virtual production studio and immersive nightclub), and you had not just an expo — but an experience.
From systems to synergy: Who was there
Some of the most influential names in tech and AV were seen walking the aisles: Google, Accenture, AVI-SPL, Vega Global, Nation TV Thailand, Jio World, The Times of India Group, and many more. Educational institutions, live event specialists, broadcasters, and hotel chains were also spotted — all scouting for smart AV solutions.
The atmosphere was collaborative, not crowded. Think quality over quantity, and you’re getting close to the real story of InfoComm Asia 2025.
What the exhibitors said about Infocomm Asia 2025:
• Anand Hariharan, Cisco: “If you are in the AV industry, you must be here. We met many end-users with ready budgets.”
• Marthesh Nagendra, Netgear: “We saw visitors from all over Asia and even 10x more customers from Japan.”
• Alice Lee, Soundking: “We came to focus on Asia and found many project-ready customers.”
What’s next?
InfoComm Asia returns to Bangkok, July 15–17, 2026 — and if this year is any indication, it’s a must-attend for AV professionals across the region, especially those from India looking to explore emerging tech, serious networking, and real project leads without the overwhelming sprawl of larger expos.
As June Ko, Executive Director of InfoComm Asia, put it:
“The success of InfoComm Asia is measured not in footfall but in the quality of conversations and measurable outcomes. We’re proud to be the platform that pushes Pro AV forward in the region.”
In an era where the Pro AV world continues to grow and evolve rapidly, InfoComm Asia 2025 stands not just as a showcase of new technology but also as a vision of the future.
