Justin Bieber is making it crystal clear, he’s not a victim of Sean “Diddy” Combs.

After months of online speculation, Bieber’s rep finally addressed the rumors that had been circulating ever since disturbing old videos of the pop star with Diddy resurfaced. Speaking to Page Six on Thursday, his rep said: “Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’ victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him. Shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve.”

The speculation first gained momentum last year when clips from Bieber’s early days in the music industry reappeared online. In one particularly unsettling video, Diddy is seen telling a then-15-year-old Bieber, “Where we hanging out and what we doing, we can’t really disclose, but it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream.” He then tells the camera, “I don’t have legal guardianship of him, but for the next 48 hours, he’s with me. We gonna go full buck full crazy.”

The resurfaced videos understandably sparked major concern among fans, especially as accusations against Diddy escalated. One clip in particular felt off even at the time, but in the context of the current allegations, it now reads as downright disturbing.

Some background: Diddy, 55, is currently facing a massive legal firestorm after being accused of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and rape by several individuals. It all started when his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of years of abuse. The dominoes fell quickly after that, with multiple others stepping forward with similar claims. Diddy has strongly denied all allegations, and his attorneys told Page Six, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult or minor.”

The trial officially kicked off on May 5 and has already drawn intense media attention.

While many expected Bieber to speak out back in 2024, sources at the time told People that he was keeping a low profile and staying focused on his family, his wife, Hailey Bieber, and their newborn son, Jack Blues. Now, with his rep finally setting the record straight, Bieber is making it clear he doesn’t want to be part of the headlines surrounding Diddy’s alleged crimes. And honestly, his timing makes sense, with the trial now underway, there’s no room for distraction or internet-driven conspiracies.

Also worth noting: Diddy had once boasted about being close to Usher too, claiming he “obtained legal guardianship” of Usher when the “Yeah!” singer was just 16 and recording his first album back in 1994. That old quote has only added fuel to the fire online, where users have raised questions about Diddy’s repeated proximity to young male artists early in their careers.

But when it comes to Bieber, the message is loud and clear, he’s not involved, and more importantly, he doesn’t want the focus pulled away from the real victims.

As the trial continues to unfold, all eyes remain on Diddy. The backlash is already intense, and his long-standing image as a music mogul is quickly unraveling. Bieber’s brief but firm statement helps close the loop on the speculation and shifts the attention back to where it should be: the people accusing Diddy of serious crimes.
