Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble are shutting down the breakup gossip.
The Kardashians actor, 69, and her long-time beau, 44, have been the target of breakup rumors in recent weeks, but a source close to the couple says there is no truth to the rumors.
As per TMZ, Jenner and Gamble not only continue their relationship but find the gossip funny. “Kris and Corey are fine and doing better than ever,” the source revealed. “They have no idea where the rumors began.”
The pair, who met at a party in Ibiza in 2014, have been dating for ten years and frequently turn up together at big events. Jenner has been supported by Gamble through family milestones, red carpet events, and A-list parties, most recently Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s extravagant Venice wedding in June.
However, recent public appearances sparked speculation that the pair might be on the rocks. A video from the Venice wedding appeared to show them in a tense exchange, and a month later, Page Six reported that Jenner was seen angrily walking away from Gamble during Beyoncé’s concert in Las Vegas.
These scenes provided fodder for rumors that had first surfaced in Globe in July, when they suggested Gamble was becoming increasingly upset about his place in Jenner’s life. There, insiders claimed Gamble was fed up with being treated like a “glorified assistant” and was feeling that regardless of anything he could do, it wasn’t enough.
“Corey feels he’s in a no-win situation where he can never please Kris,” a source was quoted saying at the time. “She always wants more and he’s had enough of the constant emasculation.”
In spite of the gossip, sources now maintain that the two are not just still together, but doing great. For Jenner, Gamble has been a constant in her personal and professional life, and for Gamble, being in the Kardashian-Jenner sphere has translated into a decade of fame.
