Ahmedabad: Marengo CIMS Hospital has announced successful performance of more than 250 bone marrow transplants.
According to the CIMS hospital, in the past two years, the department has successfully performed high-risk transplants, including haploidentical (half-match) transplants, matched unrelated donor (MUD) transplants, and allogeneic full-match transplants.
It is also stated that the center has extensive expertise in pediatric bone marrow transplants, with procedures successfully carried out on children under 2 years of age.
