My Experience with Hemp4help Natural Herbal Fusion Hair Conditioner (Review):

I have an oily, itchy scalp and dry ends. I’ve been using this herbal conditioner for the past few months, so I’m finally ready to share my thoughts with you.

The middle panel displays the back of the bottle, featuring product details and ingredient list. The right panel is a close-up of the wooden flip-top cap.

Packaging:

This natural conditioner comes in a white, 250ml cylindrical bottle with a light wooden-look cap, likely made of bamboo or a similar material, and a flip-top dispenser. The front features green text that reads “For Stronger and Longer Hair” and highlights the Hemp and Curcuma Extracts, while the back includes all the necessary details like ingredients, shelf life, and more. The green-and-white packaging gives off a clean, natural vibe. The cap is sturdy too, so as long as it’s packed well, you can travel with it.

Texture:

Hemp4help conditioner has a smooth, off-white, creamy opaque texture with a semi-thick consistency. It carries a strong herbal fragrance.

How does it work:

After double-cleansing my hair with a gentle shampoo, I take a dollop of this herbal fusion conditioner into my left palm. I rub it lightly between my hands and apply it generously to the ends of my hair. I never apply conditioner directly to the roots or scalp. First, I apply it to the hair ends, and then whatever remains on my palms goes near the scalp area. I leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.

The conditioner spreads nicely and rinses off easily, without leaving any residue. Although I’m not a fan of the scent, I’m glad it’s not overpowering. I do wish it had a lovely, mild natural floral fragrance instead.

This Hemp4help herbal conditioner is packed with goodie, moisturising, soothing and colour-safe ingredients. So if your hair is colour treated, no worries. I dye my hair with natural henna every month. so I always look for hair products that work well with coloured hair.

This is the first time I’ve used a conditioner with CBD (hemp) and turmeric (Curcuma extract) in it. Rich in omega fatty acids, hemp helps strengthen hair and protects against breakage. Turmeric soothes the scalp, has antioxidant properties, and supports natural regeneration. Shea Butter, Glycerine, Vitamin E, and Panthenol provide intense moisture, protect against dryness, and make hair wonderfully soft. Wheat Protein and Abyssinian Oil (Crambe) add fullness and volume without weighing hair down.

It’s free from silicones, sulfates, and parabens, so if you love natural products, this one ticks a lot of boxes. Although the brand claims the conditioner is vegan and cruelty-free, I couldn’t find any official certifications or recognizable labels on the packaging or their website to back this up. So, if that’s something you strictly look out for, you might want to do a bit more digging or reach out to the brand directly.

Now, my hair type is 1C, basically straight hair with a bit of waviness at the ends. I look for shampoos and conditioners that make my dry, frizzy hair more manageable without making it limp. Glad to say, this conditioner didn’t let me down!

The Hemp4Help nourishing conditioner is lightweight and keeps my fine strands smooth, soft, and mostly frizz- and tangle-free. It gives a healthy sheen to the hair without looking greasy. My hair doesn’t feel super silky right after using it, but it doesn’t feel rough either. Also, it helps reduce frizz to a great extent 🙂.

I’ve used this conditioner with different shampoos, and the results are pretty consistent. On days when I use a deeply nourishing hair mask or oil treatment, I skip the conditioner step entirely so it doesn’t weigh my hair down too much.

A little backstory: Once upon a time, I had a head full of thick hair. But thanks to hormonal issues and PCOS, it’s now, let’s just say, half the volume! So, I no longer expect miracles from any shampoo or conditioner. I just want something that adds softness, volume, a bit of shine, and a bouncy look to my dry, henna-coloured locks. Hemp4Help checks all those boxes, and I’m honestly happy with it ❤️.

It’s a shame, it’s not available on Amazon anymore 😭!

As for its claims of repairing, strengthening, and moisturising, well, I can’t really comment on the repairing part. But yes, my hair does feel stronger and more nourished lately.

[PS:] You might notice that I often repeat details about my hair type, PCOS, and scalp condition in my reviews. Please don’t mind. I feel it’s important to include these honest details every time for new readers who may not be familiar with my skin, hair, and health situations. A product might not work for me but could work wonderfully for you, or vice versa.
