Olivia Culpo gives birth and officially enters her newest chapter, motherhood.
The former Miss Universe and model welcomed her first child with husband and NFL star Christian McCaffrey on July 13. Their baby girl, named Colette Annalise McCaffrey, made her big debut in a series of heartfelt black-and-white hospital photos shared by Olivia on Instagram. “Colette is so lucky to have the best daddy in the world. A love like no other,” she gushed on her Stories, introducing the newest member of their team.
This adorable milestone comes just four months after Olivia first announced her pregnancy with a soft-glam maternity reveal post in March. “Next chapter, motherhood,” she captioned the post, proudly cradling her bump. Since then, fans have followed along closely, from baby bump concealing tactics to babymoon adventures and even gender prediction TikTok trends. Olivia hilariously tried to throw people off before the official reveal, something her sister Sophia Culpo couldn’t help but poke fun at. In past episodes of The Culpo Sisters, the now 33-year-old opened up about her struggles with endometriosis, a condition that often affects fertility. “I want to have kids, but I want to make sure that I can,” she said in 2022, explaining how endometrial tissue outside the uterus could impact ovary health and egg quality. The diagnosis made her feel like there was a ticking clock. “I feel like I have to have kids ASAP,” she admitted, knowing her reproductive timeline was uncertain.
Thankfully, things fell into place for the power couple. Christian popped the question in spring 2023 during a trip to Utah, and the two tied the knot in June 2024 in Rhode Island. Their relationship, which began with red carpet glam and turned into book club nights and babymoons, has always been full of supportive moments. “You have to lean on each other,” Olivia said in a past E! News interview, noting how much easier life feels when you’re in it together, even when it’s tough.
And the couple’s ability to stay connected hasn’t faded with new parenthood on the table. Olivia previously revealed that she and Christian started their own little book club, just the two of them. “I’m picking out girly girl thrillers and I’m making him want to read them,” she laughed, adding that they also prioritize date nights twice a month when the football season allows.
