Ahead of the release of the Pawan Kalyan movie ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ and the rumblings in the film industry, his fans have threatened to jump into action if the ‘industry stalwarts’ did anything that disrupted the screening of the film.
Jana Sena Party’s Tirupati constituency in-charge K. Kiran Rayal appealed to the governments in the two Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to bring the warring groups to the negotiating table and amicably settle the issue.
He was referring to the call given by the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC) to stall screening of films from June 1, a decision that however hangs in balance.
Addressing a media conference here on Saturday, he made it clear that he was speaking as a fan and not on behalf of the party.
“Pawan Kalyan is known to serve people with the money earned through films. He doesn’t keep anything for himself. If the current crisis results in any form of disruption to the film, we will not tolerate it,” Mr. Kiran Rayal warned. Pawan Kalyan fans are reportedly suspecting a foul play to hinder the successful run of the film.
