Totally accidental,delightful find :)
It had landed exhausted at a friend’s & she
had it sent to my home. After it found itself at
home amongst my many plants it recovered totally
& flew off thro a slot in the wall into the
wide,blue yonder.
Will post other pics soon…none too great …but
a Pitta is a Pitta…& one RIGHT at home!!
After envying everybody’s close encounters with
Pitta in the field & elsewhere,this was a
bonanza 🙂
