She points out that oval cuts are known for their light-catching sparkle, and that platinum helps secure and enhance the diamond’s icy color. If it’s natural, D-F color, and flawless or near flawless, Taylor says the ring could easily exceed $2 million.
Jewelry influencer Julia Chafe, who has broken down famous bling like Isha Ambani’s rare Cartier Toussaint necklace and Cardi B’s quirky $13K ring, also weighed in. Her verdict? Up to $3 million for what she thinks is a 35-carat oval D Flawless diamond. And in classic Chafe humor, she joked, “To wear this stone regularly, you’re going to need finger reconstruction surgery. Just imagine wearing a 100-pound kettlebell on your finger all day. Painful but worth it.”
Neither Ronaldo nor Rodriguez has shared the actual specs or the jeweler who made it, leaving fans guessing. But with the history of this couple making big gestures, no one’s excluding a luxury label or an even higher price point than anticipated.
