Forces from the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) on Wednesday cleared the road portion occupied by a school at Yadadri Residential Colony in Peerzadiguda municipality in violation of norms.
Owner of a private school joined two plots separated by a 30-foot road by occupying the road and building a school inside the layout. The layout of 5.2 acres has 80 plots, with the encroached road connecting to the Warangal highway. Based on a complaint from the Residents Welfare Association, a field-level inspection was conducted to confirm the encroachment. After confirmation, the part of the school building occupying the road was pulled down, a statement from HYDRAA informed.
