General Education Minister V. Sivankutty has assured steps for a comprehensive investigation surrounding the death of 15-year-old Ananthu in Nilambur after being electrocuted by a wild boar trap.
The circumstances will be thoroughly investigated, and the possibility of a conspiracy or foul play would be looked into by the investigation agencies.
He also lashed out at the United Democratic Front (UDF) for allegedly attempting to politically exploit the tragedy. The public will recognise those trying to whip up tension and gain political mileage out of the incident.
