Fall is coming to Starbucks with the return of its most beloved seasonal beverage, the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and a few new additions to its Fall 2025 menu.

Available Tuesday, the list spotlights pumpkin, pecans, and even an entirely new coconut-based venture.

The largest launch of the season is the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, a rich espresso drink balanced with toasted pecan flavors, browned butter accents, and a touch of saltiness. Starbucks initially launched the traditional Cortado during last winter, and this fall-flavored version will likely be the highlight of the 2025 menu. Iced coffee aficionados can look forward to the Pecan Cold Foam for a lighter version of the same flavor.

Naturally, the Pumpkin Spice Latte is back for its 22nd year, alongside seasonal choices such as the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. Customers can also look forward to the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and the charming Racoon Cake Pop on the food side, both of which arrive tomorrow.

And for those looking for heartier fare, Starbucks is introducing Italian Sausage Egg Bites, filled with crumbled sausage, sundried tomato pesto, basil, and Monterey Jack cheese – a savory counterpoint to the chain’s sweeter fall fare.

Specialty beverages are also coming to Starbucks Reserve stores, including the decadent Tiramisu Latte, a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Manhattan, the Reserve version of the PSL, and a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew.

In the meantime, Starbucks is venturing further than pumpkin. The chain has begun testing a coconut water-based Coco Menu in several cities across the U.S. Refreshing beverages such as the Coco Cold Brew and Coco Matcha mix rejuvenating coconut water with caffeine, which is a lighter alternative to those clinging to the final days of summer. The drinks can be found at around 400 stores across the country, with spots in New York City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, St. Louis, and Cedar Rapids.

Alongside menu refreshes, Starbucks is also resuscitating its fun social media presence. The @TheRealPSL Instagram account has come back to life after years of silence, hyping up the fall menu with a guest spot from Bravo’s Andy Cohen. The play appeals to the nostalgia and fan culture that initially made the Pumpkin Spice Latte a cult favorite back in the mid-2010s.

Whether you’re ready to sip the season’s first PSL or try the new pecan or coconut-based creations, Starbucks’ Fall 2025 menu offers something for every mood – cozy, classic, or adventurous.
