Bet of the Day – Sao Paulo to beat Talleres Cordoba @ 20/21
Sao Paulo have made a poor start to their Brazilian Serie A campaign, but they should still get back to winning ways on Tuesday.
Tricolor Paulista are 12th in the table after winning only two of their first 10 games in the league, with their progress largely hampered by too many draws as they have been held six times.
However, they have been dominant in the Copa Libertadores with Luis Zubeldia’s team having won three of their five games, while drawing the other two.
Sao Paulo have netted two goals in three of their games and should have too much quality for their Argentine opponents.
The T finished second in the Argentine Premier Division in 2024 to book their spot in this competition, but they have collected only four points so far, and both of those positive results came at home.
Mariano Levisman, who is in caretaker charge, has seen his side go seven games without a win on the road and that should continue, having already been beaten by Sao Paulo in Cordoba.
Special of the Day – Bragantino to beat Juventude to nil @ 11/8
Two teams at opposite ends of the Brazilian Serie A meet on Tuesday as Bragantino host Juventude.
The hosts are fourth at the time of writing, having earned 17 points from their opening nine games.
Juventude are 11 points and 14 places worse off than their hosts and have the worst away record in the division.
Fabio Matias’ team have lost all four of their away games so far, conceding a whopping 16 goals.
Bragantino have won three of their five home matches in the league while they have only conceded four goals. A home win to nil seems the sensible bet as Bragantino look to extend their unbeaten run against Juventude to five games.
Longshot of the Day – Bragantino to win 1-0 @ 13/2
With very few games taking place, our longshot bet of the day is also from the clash in the Brazilian Serie A.
Bragantino to win either 1-0 or 2-0 is 9/4 but the Price Boost of a home 1-0 win is too good to turn down at 13/2.
The hosts have only scored one goal at home in each of their last four games, winning three by a 1-0 scoreline, and with Juventude having been blanked in three of their last four, the Braga Boys can grind out another recent familiar win.
